We're partnering with a well-established custom home builder that has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality bespoke homes across Brisbane. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee multiple custom residential builds. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that genuinely values quality craftsmanship, strong client relationships, and a collaborative team culture. The Role As a Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of custom homes from site establishment through to handover. You'll be expected to: Manage multiple custom home builds simultaneously. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors on site. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to an exceptional standard. Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the build. Work closely with the construction and office teams to keep projects progressing smoothly. Uphold quality control and company standards across every project. What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years' experience supervising custom residential homes. Proven background delivering high-end or architecturally designed homes. Strong knowledge of residential construction and sequencing. Excellent subcontractor management skills. Strong communication and customer service abilities. Organised, proactive and solution-focused. Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (or ability to hold one). Current Driver's Licence.
