We are supporting our design-led client to recruit a Studio Manager for their Newcastle office. The Studio Manager will be responsible for overseeing office operations, providing executive support to senior leadership, coordinating people-related processes, and acting as a key point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors. Roles & Responsibilities Studio & Office Management Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio to ensure a professional, organised, and efficient workplace. Oversee office facilities, equipment, suppliers, and general workplace requirements. Coordinate office maintenance, workplace health and safety, and operational processes. Provide support across multiple office locations as required. Executive Support Deliver executive assistance to senior leadership. Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and key business activities. Support leadership with administrative and operational priorities. People & Culture Coordination Act as the key liaison between the business and external HR providers. Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee administration processes. Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives. Events & Engagement Plan and coordinate internal and external events, team functions, and workplace initiatives. Assist with the delivery of employee wellbeing and engagement programs. Support activities that contribute to a collaborative and positive culture. Front of House & Administration Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and stakeholders. Maintain a welcoming and professional studio environment. Manage general enquiries, meeting room coordination, and office administration. Provide administrative support across the wider business as required. Business Support Collaborate with Finance, IT, Communications, and other support functions. Assist with operational improvement initiatives and business projects. Skills & Experience Previous experience in a Studio Manager, Office Manager, EA, Business Support, or Operations role. Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment. High level of initiative and ability to work autonomously. Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
