The Company This well-respected commercial and residential builder has built a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-quality construction projects across Queensland. With a growing order book, significant internal developments and a strong pipeline of future work, they continue to expand their HSE team and invest heavily in developing their people. Due to the commencement of a major new project, they are now looking to appoint an HSE Advisor to support an 18-24 month development, with genuine opportunities to transition onto future projects upon completion. The Role In this role you will be the dedicated HSE Advisor on a major high-rise residential construction project, working closely with site management, supervisors and subcontractors to promote a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance across all construction activities. This is a highly visible, site-based role where you'll be out on the project engaging with the workforce rather than sitting behind a desk. You'll carry out inspections, coach supervisors, manage compliance through HammerTech and work collaboratively with the project team to identify issues early and drive practical safety improvements. The project consists of a 12-storey residential development with three basement levels and will see you involved from the early construction stages through to completion.
