In this vital role, you will provide personalised case management to individuals and families, helping them access the support they need to live free from violence and rebuild their lives. Your support will be trauma-informed, client-centered, and tailored to each individual's unique needs and circumstances. Key responsibilities include:Conducting comprehensive risk and needs assessmentsProviding crisis response and safety planningSupporting clients to develop life skills and access personal careAdvocating for access to housing, employment, education, and other essential servicesCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver coordinated support What We’re Looking For:Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline (or currently studying)A strong understanding of family violence and its impact on victim survivors, particularly childrenCommitment to working with individuals from diverse cultural backgroundsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCurrent Victorian Working with Children Check and National Police Check This is a meaningful opportunity to empower people to regain control, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.
