Project Manager – Structural Remediation & Client Solutions About Advanced Ground Solutions Advanced Ground Solutions (AGS) is a leading specialist contractor delivering structural remediation, foundation repair, underpinning, waterproofing, ground stabilisation, and engineered ground improvement solutions across Western Australia. We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Project Manager to manage projects while developing and maintaining strong client relationships that drive business growth. About the Role This is a diverse role combining project delivery, client management, and business development. You will work closely with homeowners, builders, engineers, strata managers, commercial clients, and consultants to identify problems, develop practical solutions, prepare proposals, and oversee project execution. The successful candidate will be comfortable both in the office and on-site, managing projects while actively building relationships and generating new opportunities. Key Responsibilities Project Management Manage structural remediation, foundation repair, underpinning, waterproofing, and ground engineering projects from commencement to completion. Coordinate labour, subcontractors, suppliers, and resources. Monitor project budgets, schedules, quality, and safety performance. Manage project documentation, variations, and reporting. Conduct site inspections and client meetings. Client Management & Sales Respond to enquiries and conduct client consultations. Attend site visits to assess project requirements and identify solutions. Prepare quotations, scopes of work, and proposals. Build and maintain relationships with builders, engineers, property managers, strata managers, and commercial clients. Follow up leads and convert opportunities into awarded projects. Identify opportunities for additional works and repeat business. Represent AGS professionally in the market and contribute to business growth. About You Experience in project management within construction, civil, structural remediation, geotechnical, waterproofing, or related industries. Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills. Commercially minded with experience preparing quotations, proposals, or estimates. Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to clients. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Current Australian Driver's Licence. Highly Regarded Experience in structural remediation, concrete repair, waterproofing, underpinning, foundation repair, or ground stabilisation. Estimating or business development experience. Existing relationships within the WA construction industry. Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
