The Technical Officer (Level 4) reports to the Network Manager and supports the delivery, security and sustainability of the School’s ICT systems, platforms and end-user environments. The role is responsible for the supervision, support and optimisation of systems and devices, excluding core network infrastructure, ensuring services are reliable, secure and aligned with the School’s operational and educational needs. The Technical Officer works within a predominantly Microsoft-based environment, complemented by Apple devices, and plays a key role in supporting a 1:1 student device program, staff technology, cloud services and core school applications.
