We’re on the lookout for energetic, reliable and engaging coaches to deliver our signature play-based movement programs across Townsville to children aged 0–5 across early learning centres. Using our pre-written, proven programs , you’ll bring sessions to life through movement, music, sport and imagination, helping little learners build confidence, coordination and a lifelong love of being active. What Your Day Looks Like Deliver fun, high-energy sessions (30–45 mins) Lead groups of up to 20 children through structured play Jump, move, demonstrate (yes… bunny hops included ) Create a safe, inclusive and positive environment Work closely with educators to support each group Shifts run mornings through early afternoons (Mon–Fri only) Perfect for school hours or around your uni schedule What You’ll Bring - Energy & Presence Confident leading groups of young children Fun, enthusiastic and not afraid to be a little silly Safety First Strong awareness of supervision and safe play Ability to adapt activities for all abilities Inclusive Approach Support children of all confidence and skill levels Encourage participation through praise, encouragement and play Team & Communication Build great relationships with centre teams Work independently while staying connected to our coaching crew Requirements Current Employee WWCC Experience working with children (especially under 5s) Driver’s licence reliable transport (travelling between centres) First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain) Understanding of ECEC frameworks (EYLF/NQS) Ideal For This role is perfect for: Return-to-work parents seeking flexible, school-hour roles University students studying sport, teaching or early childhood Coaches or PTs wanting weekday work (no weekends!)
