About the role Reporting to the Meat Department leadership team, the Meat Packer plays an important role in supporting production, presentation, and availability within the department. As a Meat Packer, you'll support the day-to-day operations of our busy Meat Department by preparing, packaging and presenting fresh meat products to the highest standards. You'll work closely with our butchers and retail team to ensure products are available, well presented and ready for sale, while maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to food safety and quality. Whether you're experienced in the industry or looking to build your career in fresh food retail, you'll be supported by a friendly and knowledgeable team. This role is classified as a Casual Level 1 Award position and is focused on packing, preparation support, and maintaining department standards.
