About the role The Administration Manager leads the corporate support services for the Division of Paediatric Medicine, ensuring the Division operates efficiently and effectively. The role provides strategic and operational support to Directors, drives key initiatives, and serves as an important link between the Division, WCHN and SA Health. Key duties of the role Manage and provide human resources and financial services effectively by providing leadership, direction, guidance, support, and supervision to the team Monitor staff performance, manage recruitment and employee professional development activities Contribute to the strategic direction by managing emerging issues, improving business processes, and ensuring policy compliance.
