You'll deliver specialist outpatient care while working with a multidisciplinary team across metropolitan sites. Deliver specialist nurse-led care and education Lead best practice across the service Support care planning and continuity of care Mentor and guide nursing staff Drive quality improvement and practice change About You You're an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for cardiology and delivering exceptional patient-centred care.
