This is an exciting leadership opportunity to join one of Australia’s leading preventative allied health providers, where you will combine clinical expertise with people leadership to drive exceptional client and team outcomes. The Position As the Discipline Area Manager , you will work collaboratively with relevant managers to ensure your team is supported, well-trained, accountable, and delivering high-quality clinical outcomes. You will lead across four key leadership quadrants: Staff Performance Drive accountability to performance metrics, clinical policies, and procedures Support consistent delivery of high clinical standards and client outcomes Staff Retention Develop and implement strategies that promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture Foster teamwork, wellbeing, and engagement to enhance job satisfaction and retention Staff Development Develop and implement individual career development plans for clinicians Support team members to achieve clinical growth and caseload development aligned with their goals Clinical Caseload Maintain an active clinical caseload (minimum expectation of 21 billable hours per week) Lead by example in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care About You: You are a confident clinician and leader who thrives in a high-performance, collaborative environment. You bring a balance of clinical credibility, coaching ability, and operational discipline.
