i-LEC is a privately owned North Queensland business, specialising in electrical & civil infrastructure projects including traffic signal/road lighting/ITS construction and maintenance, electrical underground distribution (Ergon UDC), as well as a diverse range of other industrial and commercial electrical and civil works. We currently have full-time & casual vacancies for experienced Excavator Operators & Civil Workers for works based in Townsville across road, sub-divisions and other electrical infrastructure projects. For Excavator Operator Applicants - Applicants must hold an excavator ticket, be experienced on excavators under 15T, and skilled in trenching near services. Applicants must be physically fit and able to work well within a team, with strong attention to detail and display a high regard for quality & safe work practices. Applicants must also be willing and able to complete some civil construction tasks, in addition to plant operating. For Civil Worker Applicants - Applicants must hold white card and current manual driver's licence, HR licence highly regarded.
