Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, or a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. Ability to meet the inherent requirements of the Job Description. Be fully aligned with the values, virtues, and Christian beliefs of Freshwater Christian College. Able to affirm the College’s Statement of Faith. Able to comply with College policies, procedures, codes of conduct, and training requirements, including those related to work health and safety, risk management, child protection, and confidentiality.
