Inbound Travel Consultant - German Speaking $75K - $80K Super | Full Time | Remote About the Role: An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Group Travel Consultant to join this well-established inbound tour operator. In this role, you will assist in the planning and delivering itineraries, ensuring seamless travel experiences for international clients. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about inbound travel and tourism. Key Responsibilities: Assist with quoting and coordinating inbound itineraries while providing expert knowledge of the companies tour products and offerings. Provide expert advice on local attractions, activities, and destinations to enhance client experiences. Proactively monitor group arrivals, coordinate on-the-ground operations, and resolve any travel disruptions or issues as they arise. Provide exceptional customer service from initial contact to post-travel follow-up. Track deposits, payments, and confirmations. Support reporting, documentation, and operational processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners whilst staying informed on the latest products and experiences through research, supplier training, and industry events. About You: 2 years experience in inbound tourism/tour operations with a focus ongroup travel. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. Proven ability to manage client and supplier relationships. Strong knowledge of Australian tourism products and destinations. Hands-on experience using Tourplan for itinerary creation, quoting and booking management. Fluency in German or French is essential, with experience liaising with international travel agents highly regarded.
