Block Layer / Team Leader $55–$65 per hour | Full-Time Hours | Immediate Start We're looking for an experienced Block Layer / Team Leader to join our team on large-scale residential subdivision projects. If you're a skilled tradesperson who can lead from the front, read plans, and deliver quality workmanship, we want to hear from you. Our work is predominately SOR however at times this can change so applicant must be willing to travel. About the Role Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Reading and interpreting construction plans. Preparing walls from plans. Block laying for large-scale retaining walls. Leading and supervising a team on site. Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Working closely with site supervisors to meet project deadlines. What We're Looking For Proven experience in block laying and retaining wall construction. Would prefer someone with the ability to accurately read and interpret plans however we would be willing to train the right applicant in these skills. Strong work ethic and commitment to quality. Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused. What We Offer $55–$65 per hour , depending on experience. Full-time hours from day one. 6-month probation period as a casual employee, with the opportunity to transition to permanent full-time on successful completion.
