We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager / Corporate Services Manager to oversee and coordinate the company's corporate services and operational functions, ensuring efficient business performance and sustainable growth. About the Role The Operations Manager / Corporate Services Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and coordinating the administrative, operational, financial, and human resource activities of the business. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in supporting strategic objectives, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and corporate service strategies. Plan and coordinate the company's administrative, financial, procurement, and human resource functions. Manage daily business operations to ensure efficient delivery of commercial cleaning and maintenance services. Lead workforce planning, staff recruitment, training, performance management, and employee development initiatives. Monitor budgets, financial performance, operational costs, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability. Establish and maintain quality assurance systems, risk management frameworks, and compliance programs. Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, service providers, and corporate clients. Analyse operational performance data and prepare management reports and recommendations for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety legislation, employment regulations, and company policies. Coordinate business development support activities and contribute to strategic planning and organizational growth initiatives. Oversee customer service standards and maintain strong client relationships. Implement systems and technology solutions to improve operational effectiveness and service delivery. Essential Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Business Management, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field. MBA or postgraduate management qualification will be highly regarded. Minimum 5 years of senior management or operations management experience. Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills. Demonstrated experience managing corporate services, administration, finance, human resources, and operational functions. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities. Strong financial and budgeting skills. Ability to lead teams and drive business performance improvements. Desirable Attributes Experience within the commercial cleaning, facilities management, maintenance, or service industry. Knowledge of quality management systems, compliance frameworks, and workplace health and safety requirements. Proven ability to manage multiple business functions and achieve operational objectives.
