Competitive Salary Salary Sacrificing to $18,550 What you'll be doing Develop and maintain effective roster schedules for our home care staff, ensuring optimal coverage and efficient utilisation of resources. Communicate with clients, carers and other stakeholders to understand service requirements and coordinate appropriate resource allocation. Provide administrative support to the home care team, including processing timesheets, managing leave and responding to enquiries. Monitor and adjust rosters in response to changing client needs, staff availability and other operational requirements. Identify opportunities to improve rostering processes and implement efficiencies. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our home care service delivery. Participate in a rotating on call roster. What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar rostering or resource coordination role, ideally within the aged care sector. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with aging people, carers, family and other stakeholders. Proficient in the use of rostering and scheduling software, as well as standard office productivity tools. Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and industry standards related to home care service delivery.
