Overview Join our experienced MSP AIR Project Controls team as a Project Scheduler/Integration Specialist, assisting to integrate select projects from OPP into our Cobra Cost Forecasting tool. You will be part of a dynamic team working with a range of CASG priority projects uplifting schedule quality and supporting Defence priorities. You'll work closely with project schedulers, across Defence, troubleshooting, and providing expert advice and technical solutions to complex problems. This role can be based in Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane or Adelaide. Responsibilities Supporting Open Plan (OPP) schedule health check remediation in preparation for Cobra Integration Identifying and resolving complex problems in OPP and Cobra Facilitating Cobra Training for project teams Integration of project schedules into Cobra Cost tool (projects range in complexity) Providing high-quality Cobra inputs and analysis for internal and client reporting Importing and cleaning schedules while maintaining data integrity and controlled access Identifying schedule risks and opportunities, and recommending effective mitigation strategies Supporting the Risk Lead with schedule impact analysis and forecasting Ad hoc continuous improvement of any guidelines and training materials Qualifications Experience in project scheduling or project cost control, preferably within Defence Strong understanding of COBRA and OPP systems, to support accurate cost and schedule reporting on defence programmes Experience integrating and troubleshooting COBRA data flows to maintain reporting accuracy Strong understanding of project management methodologies, cost forecasting and project lifecycles Experience coaching and supporting others Experience working in a change management environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities Able to influence and guide clients Team player, flexible and able to work under pressure to deliver quality products to deadlines Australian citizenship with Baseline or NV1 (preferred) security clearance Benefits Generous Parental Leave : Primary Carers receive 20 weeks paid leave; Partner Carers receive 4 weeks.
