Truck Driver – Semi Tipper / Float Driver Join WA’s Leading Recycling & Demolition Team About Us Since 1996, Capital Recycling has been proudly Western Australian and a leader in the recycling, processing and reuse of concrete and building materials. With a team of around 55 employees, we proudly support major civil, construction and transport industries across Perth, while also delivering demolition services to commercial and residential clients. The Opportunity Due to continued growth, we are seeking 3–4 experienced HC Truck Drivers to join our team full-time. These roles will be primarily focused on Semi Tipper (rear tipping trailer) work servicing our recycling, demolition and civil construction operations across the Perth metropolitan area. We also have an opportunity for a Relief Float Driver for applicants with experience transporting earthmoving equipment. Fleet & Equipment We operate a modern fleet with a mix of: Automatic transmission trucks 18 Speed Road Ranger trucks (Please advise your preference and experience when applying.) Typical Hours Approx. 45–55 hours per week Starts from 6:15am Saturday morning work available Overtime rates apply Key Duties Semi Tipper Roles Safe operation of rear tipping trailers Transporting quarry, recycled and construction materials as well as demolition spoils Metro pick-ups and deliveries Pre-start checks and daily maintenance Completion of paperwork and load documentation Relief Float Role Transporting excavators, loaders, crushers and other plant equipment to metro sites Load restraint and safe transport compliance Assisting with tipper work when required Skills & Experience Required Current HC Licence (MC highly regarded) Proven Semi Tipper / Rear Tipper experience essential Float / low loader experience highly regarded White Card Fatigue Management knowledge Load restraint knowledge Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening Reliable, punctual and safety focused Able to work independently and within a team What We Offer Competitive hourly rates overtime Stable full-time local work Modern, well-maintained fleet Supportive family-owned business Immediate starts available for the right candidates Opportunity to grow with an established WA company Apply Now If you’re an experienced Semi Tipper driver looking for a solid long-term role with a quality operator, apply today.
