About Worklocker Worklocker is a rapidly growing Australian workwear and safety franchise, built on strong operational foundations and genuine partnerships with our franchise network. We're in the middle of a significant technology transformation - rolling out an integrated ERP platform across our national store network - and we're investing in the delivery leadership to make sure it lands well, not just on paper. The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced ERP Delivery Lead to own the end-to-end delivery of our ERP program - from getting stores live, to keeping the development team moving, to making sure what goes into production actually works. This is a hands-on delivery role with real accountability. You'll sit at the centre of a cross-functional team spanning development, QA, operations, and franchise partners. You'll own the requirements before dev starts, the quality before go-live, and the outcomes after. You'll also be joining a team that's genuinely open to using AI tooling to work smarter. What You'll Be Doing Store Onboarding & Delivery Own the technical end-to-end implementation of new stores onto the ERP platform from scoping through to go-live and stabilisation Stay connected post-launch to ensure stores are genuinely embedded before handover to BAU Translate operational complexity into structured, executable delivery plans Requirements & Development Define and sign off complete, unambiguous requirements before development begins Work directly with developers to ensure briefs are clear, questions are answered fast, and rework is the exception, not the norm Maintain a prioritised, well-managed backlog that reflects real business priorities and push back when everything can't be high priority QA & Release Lead the quality assessment that drives the go/no-go conversation Manage environments across dev, staging and production, and ensure releases are controlled and documented Leverage QA support to scale coverage without sacrificing quality Stakeholder Management Keep the wider team informed proactively, not reactively Surface resourcing issues, dependency risks and scope changes early, with a recommended path forward, not just a flag Be the person stakeholders trust to tell them the truth about where things are at Delivery Coordination Keep the team organised and moving with sprint rhythms, prioritisation, blockers resolved Find smarter ways to coordinate and deliver visibility including AI tools where they genuinely help About You You're a delivery person, not necessarily a document person. You get energy from seeing things ship. You're comfortable holding developers to a standard, managing up when something needs escalating, and making a call when quality isn't where it needs to be. Proven experience delivering ERP or complex platform implementations ideally in a retail, franchise or multi-site environment Strong understanding of ERP concepts including inventory, POS, product catalogue, fulfilment, integrations Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (Odoo, NetSuite, Business Central, etc) Experience managing or coordinating QA processes and release cycles Comfortable working directly with developers and translating between technical and operational stakeholders Genuinely organised.
