The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. Daily activities include prospecting, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and maintaining a robust CRM record of all interactions. The role involves developing and executing growth strategies, collaborating with operations to tailor service solutions, and gathering market intelligence on competitors and industry trends.
