About The Role As a Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of civil infrastructure packages across resource sector projects. These works involve the delivery of critical civil infrastructure supporting mining operations, ranging from haul roads, access infrastructure, drainage, bulk earthworks and associated plant infrastructure—enabling clients to sustain and expand production in remote environments. This role will see you supporting the pre-contracts and bid phase in Perth, playing a key role in securing new work, before transitioning into on-site project delivery under FIFO roster conditions across regional Western Australia. Key Accountabilities Lead end-to-end delivery of mining infrastructure projects in remote environmentsDrive safe, efficient and commercially successful project outcomesOversee planning, programming and execution of civil works packagesLead and mentor project teams across engineering, supervision and subcontractorsManage client relationships and stakeholder engagement across mining clientsContribute to tender development, methodologies and risk identification during pre-contract phasesEnsure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards The Successful Candidate Will Be a Self‑starter With Tertiary qualifications in Civil EngineeringProven experience as a Project Manager delivering civil infrastructure projects (ideally within the mining/resources sector)Strong background in bulk earthworks, roads, drainage or similar infrastructure scopesExperience working in remote environments under FIFO conditionsCommercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive project performanceStrong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative approachAbility to transition between office-based pre-contract work and on-site delivery Diversity and inclusion We recognise that we are strengthened by diversity, and we embrace differences as an equal opportunity employer providing a flexible and inclusive workplace.
