We are currently looking for a Handheld Service Technician to join our team and support our growing service operations. About the Role This is a hands-on role responsible for diagnosing, calibrating, repairing and maintaining handheld devices within the Alcolizer product portfolio. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers receive high-quality, timely service while supporting the wider service team. This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with technology, and taking ownership of their work. Key Responsibilities Conduct servicing, repairs and calibrations of handheld instruments Diagnose faults and triage incoming devices Prepare quotes for servicing and calibration work Ensure turnaround times are met in line with company expectations Accurately record all service work in internal systems Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email Provide remote troubleshooting support where possible Process payments and raise invoices Follow documented procedures and quality standards About You Previous experience in a service, technical or repair environment Strong computer skills and attention to detail Good time management and ability to meet deadlines Confident communicator with a professional phone manner Able to work independently while also contributing to a team Willingness to learn and develop within a technical environment Why Join Alcolizer?
