About the Role At Catalyst, our Warehouse team plays a critical role in keeping both Processing and Underground operations running safely and efficiently. This role supports the full supply chain across site, ensuring critical parts, consumables and equipment are available when and where they are needed. As a Warehouse Officer, you may work across both the Processing Warehouse and Underground Mobile Maintenance Warehouse, providing flexibility and depth of support across the operation. This includes receipting, storing, issuing and controlling inventory, as well as supporting maintenance and production teams with timely and accurate supply of materials. You’ll work closely with maintenance, processing, mining and supply partners to ensure strong inventory control, efficient logistics and high standards of safety and compliance are maintained at all times. As Catalyst continues its growth towards 2.2 million tonnes per annum, the warehouse function will play an increasingly important role in supporting a larger underground fleet, expanded processing requirements and ongoing operational growth. This is a role where accuracy, organisation and service directly contribute to production performance. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect and process incoming goods across Processing and Underground warehouse areas Pick, pack and issue parts, consumables and equipment to operational teams Maintain accurate inventory records using Pronto ERP Conduct stock counts, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities Support both Processing Plant maintenance and Underground Mobile Maintenance teams with timely parts supply Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently Ensure correct storage, handling and labelling of materials, including dangerous goods Maintain warehouse organisation, housekeeping and safety standards across all areas Coordinate internal logistics and material movement between surface and underground Ensure compliance with site procedures, safety systems and inventory controls Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Minimum 3 years’ experience using Pronto ERP Experience in a mining warehouse or heavy industry environment Current Forklift Licence Strong organisational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy in inventory control Ability to work effectively across multiple operational areas (Processing and Underground) Strong commitment to safety, procedures and compliance Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Underground exposure (desirable): Experience supporting underground mobile maintenance operations Processing exposure (desirable): Experience working in a processing plant warehouse or fixed plant environment Why Catalyst?
