Driving scopes like pads, haul roads, drains, walls and other mine‑site civils, not just one tiny corner of the job. Owning the paperwork that keeps the job moving – daily reports, timesheets, permits, JHAs, SWMS and QA docs. Calling in and coordinating testing/QA hold points so quality is ticked as you go, not “we’ll sort it later”. Fronting up in pre‑starts and site chats, handling issues early and being known as the supervisor who gets stuff done without the drama.
