This newly created leadership role has been established to strengthen strategic remuneration partnering across the business and elevate the impact of the Remuneration & Benefits team as a trusted advisor to leaders, HRBPs and the broader People & Culture function. Lead remuneration benchmarking, market pricing and the evolution of remuneration frameworks. Build trusted partnerships with HR Business Partners, People Leaders and senior stakeholders. Develop SEEK's pay transparency strategy and remuneration education programs. Lead and develop a high-performing remuneration advisory team. Partner across Remuneration & Benefits, People & Culture and the business to deliver an integrated employee experience. Identify opportunities to continually improve remuneration practices, governance and commercial outcomes. Your influence will extend well beyond remuneration itself- helping shape how SEEK attracts, retains and rewards talent across diverse markets.
