We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Production Administrator to join a well-established commercial manufacturing business in Bathurst. This is a key support role that combines production coordination, logistics and hands-on workshop assistance. Working closely with the production team, you will help ensure jobs are planned accurately, materials flow efficiently and customer deadlines are consistently achieved. Responsibilities As the Production Administrator, your duties will include: Assisting with production planning and job preparation Reading and interpreting production drawings and plans Using Microsoft Windows, Excel and drawing software Coordinating incoming and outgoing freight Booking freight and managing transport logistics Preparing, packing and securing pallets and truck loads Planning delivery runs to maximise efficiency Supporting production scheduling and workflow Assisting with material movement throughout production Using hand tools to complete general production tasks Maintaining accurate production and freight documentation Working closely with the production team to meet deadlines Contributing to a safe, organised and efficient workplace Identifying opportunities to improve production processes Your Profile o be successful in this role, you will possess: Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or logistics environment Experience supporting production operations or coordinating workflow Strong Microsoft Excel and Windows skills The ability to read and interpret production drawings Excellent organisational and time management skills High attention to detail Confidence using hand tools Strong communication and problem-solving skills A proactive, reliable and self-motivated approach The ability to work independently and collaboratively A commitment to workplace health and safety This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing manufacturing business where you'll play an important role in keeping production running efficiently.
