Lead, supervise, and train staff. Prepare rosters and manage labour costs. Monitor sales, profitability, and store performance. Manage inventory, stock control, and merchandising. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements. Handle cash management and banking procedures. Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation. Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail management or store management role. Strong leadership and staff management skills. Experience in convenience retail, fuel retail, supermarket, or hospitality management preferred. Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and operational performance.
