Maintenance Technician Bakers Maison Australia Pty Ltd Full time – 5am to 1pm, 37.5 hrs per week $90,000 – $100,000 per year Our Company Bakers Maison is a leading provider of high-quality, French-inspired bakery products. Who are looking for: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our growing team on a permanent full-time basis Monday to Friday, 5:00am to 1:00pm. You will need to be trade qualified (either mechanical or electrical). As a critical member of our Maintenance and Project Team, this role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all equipment and machinery in our Revesby Manufacturing premises. Responsibilities: Perform routine & preventative maintenance on all equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery as needed. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs. Treat machinery issues and breakdowns with urgency to ensure continuous production. Solve technical problems and be able to read service manufacturer manuals. Follow all SQF/ HACCP compliance requirements. Ordering of spare parts. Maintain a clean and organised work area. Qualifications: Relevant trade qualifications (mechanical / electrical) Minimum 2 years hands-on mechanical or electrical maintenance experience. Basic welding, electronic sensor repair experience. Experience in manufacturing is preferred & food industry experience is a plus. Knowledge and experience with MEX maintenance software is beneficial. Ability to work independently and strong attention to detail. Good English language verbal and written communication skills.
