The Role Crest Education is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Daily Organiser to join our Timetabling department. This is a full-time role – 38 hours per week during term times. The position requires the Daily Organiser to be available to work remotely or on campus from 6:30am - 8:00am and then onsite from 8:30am - 2:00pm (allows 30 mins travel time), however if onsite from 6:30am, finish time would be 1:30pm, each working day. There will also be an allocated one hour each evening to receive calls and to arrange required replacements for the next day. Key Responsibilities Provide a high level of support to the teaching staff and main contact for providing class coverage Regularly review teaching calendar to arrange any teacher replacements in advance Procure Casual Relief Teachers when necessary Complete Absence reports, collect medical certificates and provide data to Payroll Be available to undertake any special projects when required Uphold and model CREST’s values and behaviours in all aspects of the role About You Strong administrative and ability to multitask Previous experience ideal Collaborative team player with well-developed communications skills Reliable, flexible and proactive, with a strong work ethic and professional approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills A genuine willingness to support and uphold the Christian ethos and values of CREST Education Commitment to Child Safety CREST Education Ltd is committed to the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.
