Job description Looking for a hands on role where no two days feel the same? Join a fast paced production team in Bundaberg East where your attention to detail and team spirit will make a real impact every day. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, thrives in an active environment, and wants to build skills across multiple areas of production. While this is not a full time position, production runs for around 32 weeks each year with opportunities to work up to 38 hours per week during peak periods. Flexibility is key as shift lengths may vary. What You Will Be Doing As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in keeping the production line moving efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Inspect products for defects with strong attention to detail Pack products carefully and prepare for dispatch Monitor equipment such as taping machines to ensure smooth operation Stack pallets safely following set plans Perform quality checks and report any issues promptly Maintain a clean and organised workspace Work closely with your team and support daily production targets You will also be comfortable working around alcohol products and confident following processes.
