Job Description As the Rehabilitation Consultant you will play a vital role in the success of the WorkFocus team. Drawing upon your allied health skills, you will deliver services to help the working population of Western Australia recover from injury and return to work As a Valued Team Member, Your Responsibilities Will Include Provide return to work services to assist injured clients and their employers with safe and sustainable return to work outcomesMaintain quality across customer as per SLA requirements in regard to return-to-work rates, costs and durationsUndertaking worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessmentsIdentifying Return to Work (RTW) barriersLiaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all partiesImplement services as per Customer SLAsProvide high level rehabilitation services across a variety of portfolios including new employer and same employer goalsComplete internal and external customer critical case reviews to drive strategy and good rehab on all claimsRepresent WFA at public forums and on various committees as required
