The Business Systems Transformation Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful design, implementation, adoption, and continuous optimisation of a PMR platform as well as future transformation initiatives linked to system development and implementation. The Business Systems Transformation Lead is responsible for leading the business implementation lifecycle of strategic technology solutions, ensuring systems are delivered in accordance with business requirements, operational objectives, and best-practice service management principles. The role acts as the critical bridge between business stakeholders, technology vendors, implementation partners, and operational teams to ensure solutions are effectively designed, configured, tested, deployed, adopted, and continuously improved. This position will support all stages of the transformation journey, including: Business analysis and requirements gathering Project planning, design, and management Vendor and stakeholder engagement Testing and Quality Assurance Change management and training delivery System configuration and deployment coordination Post-implementation optimisation and continuous improvement Essential Demonstrated experience delivering business system implementations. Strong business analysis and requirements gathering capabilities. Experience coordinating end-to-end project delivery. Ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience managing vendors and third-party suppliers. Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience delivering training and user adoption activities. Excellent documentation and process mapping skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Desirable Healthcare or Practice Management System implementation experience. ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent. Project Management certification or hands on experience in Project Management Experience with healthcare workflows, clinical systems, or patient management platforms.
