We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. Position Details: Job Title: Chef Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours per week) Location: Osborne Park WA 6017 Salary: $75,000 to $82,000 per annum plus superannuation Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present high-quality pub and bistro-style meals in line with venue standards Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, portioning, and presentation Assist with menu development and seasonal specials Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and manage wastage control Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS regulations Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment Requirements: Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification) Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen Experience in pub, bistro, or high-volume hospitality environments (preferred) Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen procedures Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment Good communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required If you are a dedicated chef who enjoys delivering quality food in a dynamic hospitality environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
