About Little TheraPeas Little TheraPeas is a well-established paediatric occupational therapy and speech pathology clinic on the Sunshine Coast, supporting children from infancy through to adolescence across our clinic, schools, homes and community settings. Our practice is built around neurodiversity-affirming care, evidence-informed practice and genuine relationships. Learning is a huge part of who we are. Alongside our clinical work, we provide professional development to therapists across Australia and host the Paediatric Occupational Therapy Conference Australia (POTCA), giving our team opportunities to learn from and connect with leaders in our profession and support the running of this conference. What you’ll be doing As part of our team you’ll: Provide occupational therapy assessment and intervention for children and adolescents. Work collaboratively with families, schools, educators and other professionals. Develop meaningful goals and therapy plans. Complete reports and documentation with dedicated non-face-to-face time built into your schedule. Participate in supervision, team collaboration and professional development. We’re looking for someone who: Is passionate about paediatric occupational therapy. Values neurodiversity-affirming practice. Enjoys learning and reflecting on their clinical practice.
