About The Role We are looking for a Permanent Full-Time RN and a Fixed-Term (1 Year) RN to join our Bunbury team! Step into a rewarding role that directly impacts life-changing donations. As a Registered Nurse, you will bring your fantastic customer-facing skills and passion to deliver an exceptional service, while working together to ensure Australia’s supply of blood products. A day in the centre could see you: Greet and interview potential donors to understand their eligibility and suitability to donateProvide clinical oversight and guide other team members in the blood collection processComplete routine blood pressure and haemoglobin testsSet up machines and collections equipmentInsert and remove needles safely to collect whole blood, plasma, and plateletsManage adverse donor reactions by providing instructions and physical assistanceMonitor donors post-donation and assist them to rebook for their next donation Our Paid, Flexible, Self-paced Training Program Strikes a Balance Between On-the-job Practice And Online Classes To Ensure You Feel Fully Supported.
