Role Title FIC Advisor Role Description The FIC Advisor is a key member of the logistics team. The role’s duties include the following: Review CDRLs & DIDs, as delivered by the Primary Industry Partner and provide feedback in accordance with the CoA obligations under the relevant contract Develop and review logistic aspects of ECPs (Engineering Change Proposals) Perform logistics information management (MILIS / S4 HANA) functions & SCA management requirements in support of the projects Perform Obsolescence Management Supply support functions in accordance with the ILS plans and documentation Conduct analysis of sparing as required to keep the respective capability functioning including RSPL & sparing modelling Provision of contract management support for sustainment contracts IAW with the CASG BMS Co‑ordination of training delivery and maintenance of training material as required for the relevant equipment including updates to course material, Joining Instructions and associated materials Level of repair analysis report has been developed, delivered and complies with CASG ML Function guidance and requirements accepted by the CoA All MILIS and SCA management functions completed in accordance with the CASG BMS and within agreed service level and quality standards Plan and manage holistic Life Cycle Costing activities inclusive of SoS Integrated Support System (incl. ILS) elements to enable the Program and Project‑specific ISS/ILS outcomes of the broader FIC Ensure technical data advice, processes and requirements are captured within the development, delivery and implementation of strategies, plans and artefacts including, but not limited to, Support Concepts, Logistics Support Strategies, Integrated Logistics Support Plans, FIC Coordination Plans and Transition Plans Documentation: Develop and maintain Integrated Logistics Support managed documents, ensuring they are current and fit for purpose including Program ILS framework / plans Develop and maintain disposal plans Obsolescence management plans Master Technical Data Index (MTDI) and technical data library Engagement: Represent CASG and coordinate attendance at, participation in, and actions arising from stakeholder working groups and meetings Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with FIC Support teams, Project Management, Scheduling, commercial and GFx to enable timely delivery of the capability systems Liaise with CIOG for IT hardware/software purchases and follow‑ups Security Clearance level NV1 Location Canberra, ACT Weekly working hours 40 Equal Opportunity Employer Amentum is a proud Equal Opportunity Employer.
