We're looking for a motivated Field Service Technician to join our Gladstone workshop team, maintaining and repairing industry-leading earthmoving equipment while supporting some of Australia's most important industries. What You'll Be Doing Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing earthmoving equipment Completing servicing, inspections, and breakdown repairs Producing accurate service reports and documentation Ordering and managing parts requirements Supporting apprentices and sharing technical knowledge Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Maintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanship Role Located: Gladstone or Rockhampton Roster: 7:7 day shift with the occasional night shift What We Are Looking For You'll be a trade-qualified technician with: Experience repairing and maintaining heavy earthmoving equipment Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills A commitment to safety and quality workmanship The ability to work independently and manage your workload Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience with Komatsu equipment and systems (highly regarded) Desirable Experience with Komatsu equipment or electric drive trucks. Exposure to mining or heavy industry environments. You will be required to obtain a coal board medical and S11 certification. Why work for us!
