We're looking for Civil Maintenance Road Crew Labourers to join a busy team working across Canungra and Beaudesert. This is a great opportunity to secure an immediate startt, earn great money, and potentially extend beyond the initial assignment. What's in it for you? $38.65 per hour Super Monday to Friday| 6:00am - 3:00pm 6-8 week assignment with the potential for extension Work with a supportive crew where every day brings something different Get paid to stay active while working outdoors What you'll be doing No two days are the same! You'll be working alongside an experienced civil maintenance crew completing a variety of road maintenance tasks, including: General civil labouring Concrete repairs and finishing Bitumen and asphalt works Mixing, pouring and levelling gravel, concrete and asphalt Assisting with road maintenance projects Shovelling, raking asphalt, trench digging and pipe laying Spraying road surfaces with tar and road oils Operating hand tools, jackhammers and small plant equipment Setting up traffic control devices, barricades, signage and safety equipment ✅ What you'll need Current Open Class C Driver's Licence Current Construction White Card Previous road maintenance, civil construction or concreting experience Experience using small plant and hand tools A strong work ethic and willingness to jump in wherever needed Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions Why you'll love it This is more than just a labouring role-it's a chance to be part of a crew that helps keep local roads and infrastructure safe for the community.
