01st July, 2026 Employal Recruitment is seeking reliable and hardworking Forklift/ Labourers to join a well-established manufacturer of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes and fittings. This is a hands-on role in a busy industrial environment, ideal for candidates who are mechanically minded and enjoy physical work. Key Responsibilities Debagging raw materials from bulk bags into silos through manual handling. Operating a forklift within the warehouse and debagging area. Loading and unloading trucks and moving materials throughout the site. Cutting, washing, and stacking HDPE pipes to yard standards. Inspecting recycled materials for contamination and reporting any concerns. Loading recyclable materials into shredders and granulators. Operating recycling equipment and assisting with production processes. Using hand and power tools, including chainsaws, as required. Performing general warehouse duties, stock movement, and housekeeping. Assisting with equipment maintenance and keeping accurate maintenance records. Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment. Following all workplace health and safety procedures and wearing the required PPE. Requirements Valid LF Forklift Licence (essential). Australian Driver's Licence. Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment. Mechanically minded with experience using hand and power tools. Physically fit and capable of manual handling. Strong commitment to workplace health and safety. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Recycling or industrial manufacturing experience is highly regarded.
