As we prepare to launch services in Blacktown and surrounds, we are inviting Expressions of Interest from passionate and experienced: Registered Nurses (RNs) Enrolled Nurses (ENs) Personal Care Workers (PCWs) Domestic Assistants (DAs) to join our founding Sydney team. Flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle Minimum 2-hour shifts available Travel cost coverage Competitive hourly rates plus applicable loadings Additional pay for nights, weekends, and public holidays Supportive, approachable leadership team Values-driven, collaborative culture Meaningful work supporting veterans in the community Birthday and service milestone gifts Annual year-end celebration and engagement activities Regular check-ins and ongoing support Access to accredited training and professional development About the Roles Registered Nurses (RNs) – Clinical assessments and care planning – Medication administration and treatments – Wound care, chronic disease monitoring, post-hospital support – Clinical oversight and coordination of care Enrolled Nurses (ENs) – Nursing care under RN supervision – Medication administration (as endorsed) – Clinical support to clients in the community Personal Care Workers (PCWs) – Personal care and activities of daily living – Mobility support and companionship – Monitoring wellbeing and reporting changes Domestic Assistants (DAs) – General household cleaning, laundry, and home support – Maintaining a safe, hygienic, and comfortable home environment – Previous cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or in-home care) is highly desirable. What We’re Looking For RNs & ENs – Current AHPRA registration – Relevant clinical experience preferred Personal Care Workers – Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) Domestic Assistants – Previous cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or in-home care) is highly desirable.
