They work closely with producers, music promoters, theatres and arenas as well as festivals and service providers. The Role Our client is seeking a smart, enthusiastic, friendly, lawyer with legal knowledge of the Australian Workplace Relations environment. The role requires demonstrated experience in: Employment and workplace relations and/or industrial relations, or a similar field Interpreting and providing advice in respect of relevant state and federal employment and industrial relations legislation, modern awards and contracts Developing and maintaining effective, professional internal and external working relationships with a range of stakeholders Working co-operatively in a small team environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will hold a legal qualification and have 2-5 years’ experience in a similar employment advisory role. Previous experience providing workplace relations advice is essential. Full PD is available on request to suitable candidates. What’s on Offer?
