With a booming, culturally rich and diverse community, and less than an hourâs drive from the CBD (still within the bounds of Myki and ride-sharing), Melbourneâs North is fast becoming the place to be.   Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Occupational Therapists to join our Geriatric Evaluation and Management (GEM) teams.  Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourneâs rapidly growing outer north.  Services are provided through our six main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn and Mernda Community Hospitals and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park, Mernda and Coburg.  About the Role: We have two full-time, ongoing opportunities for suitably qualified senior clinicians to join our GEM teams at Bundoora Centre and Broadmeadows Hospital. Providing expert skills in assessment, intervention, and complex discharge planning for an aged inpatient cohort, you will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to facilitate sustainable discharge plans that are innovative and meet the needs and values of our Northern Health population.
