As the business continues to grow, they're looking to appoint an experienced Ticketing Manager to oversee ticketing operations and support the successful delivery of multiple high-profile events each year. The Role: As Ticketing Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of ticketing operations across multiple events, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while supporting commercial outcomes. Working closely with internal teams, external partners and venues, you'll oversee ticket builds, inventory management, reporting and operational delivery from planning through to post-event reconciliation. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end ticketing operations across multiple events. Coordinate ticket builds, seating plans, pricing structures and inventory management. Oversee presales, public onsales, VIP allocations and promotional ticketing activity. Liaise with venues, external service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery. Monitor ticket sales performance and prepare regular reporting and commercial insights. Assist with reconciliations, settlements and post-event financial reporting. Maintain accurate ticketing records, procedures and operational documentation. Support marketing campaigns by coordinating ticketing timelines and promotional activity. Resolve ticketing issues and provide support for customer enquiries where required. Contribute to continuous improvement of ticketing systems and operational processes. About You You'll ideally bring: Previous experience in ticketing, event operations or venue administration. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical skills with confidence interpreting sales data and preparing reports. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ability to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard business hours during key event periods. Minimum of 5 years experience with a focus on Arena/Venue ticketing.
