As our Professional Development Content Lead you will drive the development, quality and continuous improvement of CPA Australia's professional development and program content. Working closely with subject matter experts, learning designers and stakeholders, you will create engaging, high-quality learning experiences for postgraduate-level audiences. This is an initial 12month fixed term contract Your day to day duties: Lead the sourcing, development and review of learning content across financial acumen and professional skills areas. Manage quality assurance of content and assessments, ensuring accuracy, relevance and strong educational outcomes. Provide guidance to content authors and learning designers on best-practice online learning development. Enhance learner engagement through contemporary learning design and digital technologies. Continuously improve learning products, resources and operational processes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver quality content and assessment solutions. About You: Experience in learning content development, instructional design, curriculum development or professional education. Accounting knowledge would be advantageous. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and online learning methodologies. Proven stakeholder and project management skills. Excellent writing, editing and quality assurance capabilities. Experience working with subject matter experts and external vendors.
