A07 Principal Advisor - Project HR Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives on leading projects, driving change and delivering meaningful outcomes? We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Principal Advisor to take ownership of a portfolio of HR projects, managing reviews from initiation through to implementation. This is a hands-on role where you'll analyse findings, develop practical solutions and work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. About the Role This is far more than a traditional HR advisory position. You'll be responsible for coordinating multiple projects, managing competing priorities and ensuring recommendations are translated into tangible business improvements. Working with leaders across the organisation, you'll build strong relationships, keep projects on track and drive outcomes that enhance workforce capability and operational performance. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate a portfolio of HR-related projects and reviews. Analyse findings and identify practical recommendations for improvement. Develop implementation plans and oversee delivery of agreed outcomes. Monitor project milestones, risks and timelines to ensure successful delivery. Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. Prepare reports, briefings and project documentation for senior leadership. Support change initiatives and embed new processes and practices. Drive continuous improvement and ensure projects deliver measurable results. About You You are a confident project professional with a background in HR, organisational development or business improvement. You enjoy solving problems, building relationships and seeing projects through from concept to completion. You'll bring: Demonstrated experience managing projects, reviews or business improvement initiatives. A strong HR background with an understanding of people-related processes and change. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capability. Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills. The ability to influence, collaborate and build credibility with leaders and teams.
