Join a respected not-for-profit aged care provider as an Administration Supervisor at a well-established 60 bed residential aged care home located near Dubbo in Central West NSW This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer, Office Manager, Payroll Officer or Administration Team Leader to step into a rewarding leadership role where you'll oversee the administration function of the home, support a small team, and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the service. Working closely with the site leadership team, you'll be responsible for coordinating administration processes, payroll, customer service, compliance support, and continuous quality improvement initiatives while providing outstanding support to residents, families, visitors and staff.
