We’re looking for a driven and detail-focused Financial Accountant to join our Finance team in Perth. Key Performance Outputs Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Maintain general ledger accuracy through journal entry review and approvals Reconcile balance sheet accounts and stock movements across sites Ensure inventory and budgetary adjustments are reflected appropriately Review and correct GL allocations; assess provision and accrual needs Maintain and update the fixed asset register; run monthly depreciation Conduct on-site verification of stock counts with farm-based teams Draft dashboard reporting and assist with cash flow analysis for Treasury Support BAS, ATO returns, and assist with external audits Investigate outstanding purchase orders and system discrepancies Cross-check and release creditors’ payments Manage and evaluate foreign currency transactions and balance Requirements Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting , Finance, or a related field (essential) CA or CPA qualified, or currently enrolled and progressing toward certification (preferred) Minimum 3 years’ experience in a financial accounting or similar role Valid Australian driver’s license Willingness to travel to farm sites within WA (day travel) This is a split role, typically spending part of the week in the Perth office and part on-site at farms within day-travel distance Functional / Technical Strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and accounting principles Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (NetSuite advantageous) Ability to work across complex, multi-site environments (agribusiness experience a plus) High attention to detail with strong analytical capability Ways of Working You communicate clearly and build strong relationships across teams You take ownership, stay organised, and deliver to deadlines You operate with integrity, professionalism, and sound judgement You’re a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment Why Join Us?
