What can you expect as a Regional, Commercial and Agribusiness Graduate? This is a 12-month program with 4 x 3-month milestones. Build a comprehensive knowledge base and deepen your skillset in Regional and Agribusiness banking while forming a network of professional connections. Locations Our preferred centres include Rockhampton, Toowoomba, Tamworth, Launceston, Ballarat, Perth, Adelaide, Naracoorte, Wagga Wagga, Orange, Bendigo, Port Macquarie, Tweed Heads and Townsville. However, we welcome strong candidates from other regional locations and are happy to engage with exceptional individuals outside these areas. Eligibility You must be in your final year of study of a university degree, or You have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, but it must be no more than three years ago. You also need to be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident when you apply. You will need to be available to start with us as a permanent employee in February 2027.
