You know that strong project management is not just about keeping a programme updated. It is about staying ahead of risk, protecting margin, keeping clients informed and making sure the right information reaches site at the right time. You will bring: 3–5 years’ experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects Experience across projects valued from approximately $0.5m to $10m A strong Contract Administration background Proven estimating, tendering and trade-package scoping capability Experience preparing and managing critical-path programmes Strong understanding of architectural and building-services documentation Experience coordinating design teams, consultants, authorities and subcontractors Commercial or industrial base-build and fit-out experience WHS management experience under Western Australian legislation Strong communication, organisation and follow-through A qualification in Construction Management, Building, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred. Candidates with a strong trade background and relevant project delivery experience will also be considered. Why Join HUB? This is a growth role with genuine ownership across project delivery. You will join a business with a credible track record, clear growth plans and an integrated design and construction team working together from concept through to completion. Based in our central Perth office, you will work closely with senior leadership and have the opportunity to influence systems, strengthen delivery and help build the construction function as HUB grows. For the right person, this is more than a Project Manager role. It is an opportunity to step up, take on greater responsibility and build a long-term career with a business on the move. If you are a Project Manager or high-performing Contract Administrator who knows how to stay ahead of the detail, own the commercial outcome and keep projects moving, we want to hear from you. If this opportunity resonates with you, we want to hear from you. Please apply with your CV and a short cover letter outlining why you are the right fit for the role.
